Can someone tell me where i can get the following skills (from either skill trader or missions)

Signet of Devotion
Dwayna's Kiss
Restore life

Give a search on google for 'gwarcane'
Its a map/skill list program, which has been quite helpful to me, it lists all skills, their effects, locations, etc. Its a great program.
